Trade Licence Portal
Our Trade Licence Portal is designed for business owners who require certificates to conduct business in Karbi Anglong and West Karbi Anglong under KAAC (Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council). We understand the importance of proper licensing for business operations and provide a streamlined online platform to meet these requirements.
Our Services
Trade Licence
Required for all non-tribal residents who wish to operate a business within Karbi Anglong or West Karbi Anglong under KAAC jurisdiction. Applicants must be 18 years or above, have valid business premises, and hold a clean record.
NOC (In lieu of Trade Licence)
A No Objection Certificate acts as a trading licence for members of the tribal community (ST(H)) of Karbi Anglong and West Karbi Anglong. Applicants must be permanent residents, 18 years or above, and have valid business premises.
Temporary Trading Licence
Issued for seasonal or short-term businesses, exhibitions, and events within KAAC jurisdiction. Valid for 1 day up to 11 months. Applicable to non-tribal applicants who are not permanent residents of Karbi Anglong or West Karbi Anglong.
Renewal Licence
Extension of an existing Trade Licence to continue business operations within KAAC jurisdiction. Renewal is available only to eligible licence holders who maintain compliance with regulations.
Coverage Area
Our services cover the entire region of Karbi Anglong and West Karbi Anglong under the jurisdiction of KAAC (Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council). We ensure that businesses in these areas have easy access to all necessary licensing services.
